Your resume and job posting text are sent to OpenAI's API for processing as part of the tailoring service. OpenAI's data usage policies apply to this processing. We do not sell your personal data to third parties.
AI processing
Resume and job posting content is processed by OpenAI's models. By using this service, you acknowledge that your content will be processed by a third-party AI provider. We recommend not including sensitive personal information beyond what is standard on a professional resume.
Data retention
Your uploaded files and generated documents are stored on our servers. You may request deletion of your data at any time by contacting us. We will process deletion requests within a reasonable timeframe.
Payment data
Payment processing is handled by Stripe. We do not store card numbers or payment credentials on our servers. Stripe's privacy policy applies to payment data.
Security
We use HTTPS for all data in transit, encrypted sessions, and store passwords using strong hashing algorithms. Uploaded files are stored in private server storage not directly accessible from the web.
